Drum Point Lighthouse

So this morning I woke up at 5 am and drove down to Solomons Island to take pictures of Drum Point Lighthouse.  The plan was to get there for sunrise, but I totally missed it by twenty minutes.  Still I got some pretty good silhouette pictures which I have wanted to practice for a while.

I love these old screw pile lighthouses.  I have now visited all three that are still in MD!!!
